The design of the hotel and also the relax atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. The staff was really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The SPA is really really nice. And the food for room service or the restaurant was delicious.

Welcome message and food was great. They had prepared sushi and Japanese message card for us when we first entered the room. It was seventh day in Europe so that we really feel comfortable.

The hotel had a charming and unique vibe, capturing the essence of the city. It was a blend of contemporary style and historic architecture, which was really cool. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the spa, which showcased parts of the original building under glass - a fascinating touch. The rooms were lovely and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. the hotel was centrally located, making it easy to walk to all the top tourist sites.

There were a couple of minor issues that prevented a perfect rating. we were disappointed that the monastery lounge was closed for an event, as we were hoping to enjoy a cocktail there.

Staff were all extremely nice and helpful, especially the Concierge, in advising about our plans in the city. Nothing was too much trouble.

Had a great Easter break in a small hotel that used to be a monastery. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous bridge, and it was really peaceful. The amenities were amazing, particularly the spa, and our room was spacious and well-appointed. We loved the little touches like chocolates in our room on arrival and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. The breakfast spread was also really good, great way to start our day.

That some of the amenities weren't included, like mouthwash, which was a bit unexpected on such a luxurious and hospitable stay. , the hotel only had one restaurant, which served all meals, and it would have been nice to have more variety in dining options.

Excellent location near major attractions, with attentive and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with five-star amenities. Spa housed in a unique 14th-century chapel. Great breakfast on the terrace. Our daughter loved the special touches like the Little Prince book and panda slippers.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fabulous. It is quietly situated amongst embassies and government buildings, yet still just a 3-minute walk from the Charles Bridge and all the action of the Old Town. Being located in such a prime area allows for easy access to explore the city. As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the convenient location. The staff at the hotel were incredible, from the check-in process to even the HR manager who went out of their way to be helpful. We were impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even added special touches to our daughters' room, such as a computer screen cleaner and a bookmark, knowing that they had a laptop and book to enjoy. the facilities and amenities of this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Felt free to seek any assistance, but there is really no reason to complain. The service at this hotel was exceptional and there were no major issues during our stay.

Our room was spacious, charming, and wonderfully appointed, but we had an issue with the noise coming from the hallways early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep. However, the exceptional service provided by all staff made up for it and ensured our stay was unforgettable.
